Hi-tea

Time: 12.30 - 4.00pm
Venue: Royale Bintang Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Fuh... Just came back from the hi-tea session.
The 1st thing i do after cleaning up myself is sitting in font the pc and update my blog.
Haha. Semangat.

The hi-tea was our Prefectorial Board and Librarian Annual Event.
The food was okok as the theme is Malaysian i forgot what thing.
Ya, means there were all Malaysian food.
As usual, Malaysian cuisine consists, fried rice, fried noodles, roti canai, ice kacang, dim sum, various cakes, nyonya kuih...
Okok la. Not too bad, not too good.

The amazing part of this hi-tea is (well, not that amazing, but never been to this kind of hi-tea) once we sat down (kit yin and me, the seniors, were late), while we were eating, two of the prefects came out and said something.
They gave us souvenirs and the principal gave her speech.
I was eating half way and this happened.
I also didn't have the time to make myself look nice and clean.
OMG.
I seriously dunno how i looked.
Normal la, wanna look pretty, although i'm the Ex-Head-Prefect. (hahaha)
Oh ya, the amazing part...
Once the principal finished her speech, half of the prefects and librarian left.
And even the principal.
Well, she said she has 2 open house to go.
Oh well, usually, when i go for a hi-tea, i always eat and chat, eat and chat, and eat and chat until it ends.
This should be the way actually.
Why?
People come out for hi-tea is to chat ok...
That's the purpose.
But forget about it.
They're just too eager to shopping or whatever they've planned to do.


And and and, me and kit yin became the temporary IDOLs.
Haha.
Everyone was looking for us to take pictures.
And, we were still eating.
So, i dunno how the pictures look. Maybe there's some food stucked on my teeth (ugly man...) or whatever.
But, never mind la. Forgive them. They love us. Hahaha. Perasan.

Back home.
Opened the presents.
From the present outlook, I know one of them is a cup, so didn't open it 1st.
The 1st one is a Parker pen which is super cool as it looks...... cool. (haha, lame explanation.)
The cup, to my surprise, appears to be...

A picture of me, sleeping with the book open and my hand leaning against the chair.
How creative it can be.
OMG. So not my style but the girl looks like me.
Haha.
But i must admit this is me because of my name appearing there.

Thank you for giving me these 2 great presents and also memories that cannot be bought.
Gonna miss you guys so much.
Actually, since i retired, i miss the part where i scold the prefects.
Haha.
Sorry ya if there's any hard feelings.

Sorry to tell.
I dont think you'll get all these cool presents next year when you retire unless there's alot left in the fund.
Really sorry, this year only 3 seniors retiring.
Next year will be alot.
Budget varies.
Hahaha.
