So i haven't updated my blog for a LOOOOONNNGGG time.

Sorry la.

I have a lot of homework. Just can't be finished. Never ending. Flowing in and out and in again.

So what i've been doing since i couldn't upload pics for the past 2 months.

We need to do a min of 10 hours of community service. These are what me and my friends had done.

Despite being pissed by the speech, I'm still glad that I feel happy for some pages in the school mag.
Particularly SOME, which are the 2 pages where my class used MONEY to BUY.
Now I really believe that something you buy with money is more worth it.
At least I don't feel angry and they're really nice to see. (not that I'm trying to praise my own page)
This proves that I didn't waste my saliva and time to ask and shout all around for these 2 pages.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the Editorial Board of SMK Seri Mutiara for inviting me to share my thoughts in this school’s very first magazine. I am glad that the first school magazine, MUTIARA 2008 is finally published. Thank you and congratulations to SMKSM Editorial Board.
(feel like censoring this part now)

On the 3rd of January, 2005, I stepped into this school for the first time as one of the pioneers. The magnificent building shocked me. ‘Am I in the wrong place?’ was the first thought came across my mind. From far, it looked like a college building and everything was perfectly new. In November 2008, my fellow form 5 friends will be attending this school for the last time.

I feel lucky that I was involved in most of SMKSM’s pioneer programmes and activities: the first Sports’ Day, Teacher’ Day, ‘Anugerah Cemerlang’, Cross-country and such. Besides that, I have also witnessed the birth of the first school badge, school song, motto, vision and the ceremony where the school celebrated the transfer of our first principal, Puan Hajah Saamah to SMK Padang Tembak. Watching my friends leaving the school one by one, new friends coming batch by batch, all these memorable moments are pinned in my mind and I will never forget any of them.

However, the most amazing journey that affected my school life was when I was given the responsibility of being the school’s Head Prefect, representing the voices of the students. It is a dream that I never thought I would achieve. As the school first head prefect in 2005, I held the mission to build up the Prefectorial Board. In year 2007, I was entrusted with the responsibility again. This time, my mission was to lead the prefects to the top.

Every path has its challenges. Along this path, I have driven pass highways and also met with a lot of obstacles. I felt proud when my fellow prefects made successful achievements. I become stronger each time I met with failures as I believe failures build up a stronger personality.

To my fellow juniors, respect the teachers as they are the most valuable individuals of the school and the country. They teach the students to become great leaders in the future. To my fellow prefects, John Quincy Adams once quoted, ‘Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.’ These qualities will make you a better prefect and a better leader. And to the next Prefectorial Board leaders, the way to learn to do things is to do things. Success teaches how to succeed. Begin with determination to succeed and the work id already half done. Lastly, to all the teachers, I sincerely thank you for teaching all the SMKSM students with your true hearts.

Once again, I would like to congratulate the SMKSM Editorial Board on the success of publishing the school’s first magazine. This magazine contains all the best and finest memories in the year 2008. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in SMKSM for granting me one of the most remarkable journey of my life.

AFTER: (MY BIG DAY 27/11/08)

Hooray hooray hooray!!!

Right after my last paper ended - English for Science and Technology, i took the picture and said bye bye to the school. HAHAHAHA. Damn happy!

Then, we went to watch Madagascar 2.
I personally think that this movie is kind of not really interesting despite some laughing part like the giraffe Melmane (dunno how to spell) likes the hipo Gloria, those 4 stupid penguins in action again...

Then, we ate Wan Tan Mee with our class Hipo that's leaving to Australia next Monday.

I went back at around 8.30pm and the next thing i did after cleaning up myself was --> tada, drama time again!

Farewell Party (7/7/08)

I've finished my SPM Exam!

As i said in the previous post, i'm gonna post something this post.
Well, basically, i cant really remember that day. (haha... old)

Basically, pizzas and drinks for everyone, presents for every teacher, and a busy ME.
Yeah, i remember i was hell busy.

Nah... That's the party part.
Talk about the previous part - SPM Briefing and The Slideshow that i used several midnights to finish.
The brief was boring as usual.
The slideshow was great as expected (perasan XD).
And right after that, we had shake hand section where i had expected myself to cry and of course my expectation never goes wrong (hahaha...)
The funny part: "Yee Lin, BM kena dapat A1 ya... SPM dah... Jangan cincai lagi... Saya tau kamu boleh... (sobbing)" adviced pn.mariah. Hahahaha... (obviously you will laugh after hearing yee lin's immitation.)

Hi-tea

Venue: Royale Bintang Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Fuh... Just came back from the hi-tea session.
The 1st thing i do after cleaning up myself is sitting in font the pc and update my blog.
Haha. Semangat.

(as usual... ss before going...)

The hi-tea was our Prefectorial Board and Librarian Annual Event.
The food was okok as the theme is Malaysian i forgot what thing.
Ya, means there were all Malaysian food.
As usual, Malaysian cuisine consists, fried rice, fried noodles, roti canai, ice kacang, dim sum, various cakes, nyonya kuih...
Okok la. Not too bad, not too good.

The amazing part of this hi-tea is (well, not that amazing, but never been to this kind of hi-tea) once we sat down (kit yin and me, the seniors, were late), while we were eating, two of the prefects came out and said something.
They gave us souvenirs and the principal gave her speech.
I was eating half way and this happened.
I also didn't have the time to make myself look nice and clean.
OMG.
I seriously dunno how i looked.
Normal la, wanna look pretty, although i'm the Ex-Head-Prefect. (hahaha)
Oh ya, the amazing part...
Once the principal finished her speech, half of the prefects and librarian left.
And even the principal.
Well, she said she has 2 open house to go.
Oh well, usually, when i go for a hi-tea, i always eat and chat, eat and chat, and eat and chat until it ends.
This should be the way actually.
Why?
People come out for hi-tea is to chat ok...
That's the purpose.
But forget about it.
They're just too eager to shopping or whatever they've planned to do.


And and and, me and kit yin became the temporary IDOLs.
Haha.
Everyone was looking for us to take pictures.
And, we were still eating.
So, i dunno how the pictures look. Maybe there's some food stucked on my teeth (ugly man...) or whatever.
But, never mind la. Forgive them. They love us. Hahaha. Perasan.

Back home.
Opened the presents.
From the present outlook, I know one of them is a cup, so didn't open it 1st.
The 1st one is a Parker pen which is super cool as it looks...... cool. (haha, lame explanation.)
The cup, to my surprise, appears to be...
